Mistakes can happen and we will do what we can to correct them.

If you feel your ticket has been issued incorrectly, please write or email in the first instance or you may use the form below.

We will immediately put your ticket on hold pending a review and will write to you within 14 days.

Should we not uphold your appeal, we will provide details of an appeal service. This is independent of us and is managed by POPLA. There will be no charge for you to use this service though you will lose the prompt payment discount.
